Nice article on the JT trade and rebuilding...

Wow holy depressing. Its like being told your soon-to-be ex wife will be much happier with another man. While you dont want to be selfish and stand in the way....it still hurts like hell to face that truth.

That's an excellent analogy, but very depressing article.

Rumors have been a 2nd and a 3rd from the Vikes. Not sure how valid that still is. Im thinking more a single 2nd..or 3rd since weve already let the cat outta the bag that he will be leaving one way or another.

the bottom line espn ticker this morning is reporting that we flat out relesed JT.. "Dolphins release DE Taylor"

if thats true... im going to be very upset, not because he's gone, but because we got NOTHING for him...

WHAT?!? :err:

Can anyone confirm this?!?!

What a waste that would be!!!

He has to go.

As the article states, "what's the best case scenario next year? 6-10" We're keeping Taylor and his 7.5 million dollar salary for another season with a losing record, another season out of the playoffs. Wasting his career, and trade value, for no reason? It doesn't make sense to keep him, just as it didn't make sense with Thomas. However i would like to see Taylor traded, i WOULD have liked to see Thomas traded. I fail to see the point of dumping pro-bowl caliber players and not getting an asset in return. Even if it's a low draft pick, this team needs all the help it can get.
