We could see McDaniels as the new coach in 2015 if Caserio lands the GM job. If he does get hired, I don't think Philbin would be too comfortable. We all know how the NFL works.

Once, Caserio was interviewed it immediately became a connection.

McDaniels may succeed the second time around. He was very young and naive the first time I think failure may have humbled him

If the GM and HC have the same vision let's make it happen. We have not had that for years around here.

My thoughts too. This is speculating well in advance but mcdaniels might of learned his lesson his first time around and will be all the better for it.

If it means we become relevant again, and start winning football games, THEN I AM ALL ABOARD!!

If the new GM can fix the OL, I don't think Joe Philbin is going to be fired after 2014.

Mcdanials is a damn good oc. With pretty average at best offensive talent they still had a very productive offensive team

Pretty average offensive talent - with the exception of one, Tom Brady. As Jimmy Wilson said in his Finsiders interview - New England could play him (Jimmy) as a wide receiver and he'd get over 1000 yards with Brady as QB. He is just that good.

If that ever happened I'd stop watching football!
