I think he makes quick smart decisions because he doesn't want the team stepping back on there game he wants them stepping up and as soon as people realize that hes for real and anyone who doesn't work there as$ off and showcase there talent can be gone. that will make the team work harder and go forward with the process of putting a competitive team on the field.
