Miami's officially on Nick Saban alert.
The man may bring a championship team to Dolphin Stadium after all.
The former Dolphins coach, so reviled in South Florida after he left the NFL team following the 2006 season to become the head coach at the University of Alabama, moved his Crimson Tide into prime position to play for the BCS national championship in Miami on Jan. 8 with Saturday's stunning pasting of Georgia.
If the national championship were played today based on the new Associated Press poll, No. 1 Oklahoma would meet No. 2 Alabama.
