i wish we would have ran the ball more, but big but, henne proved we could win if we have to throw it over 50 times the man mos def has a gun slinger mentality, thank god he only got picked off once but there were some throws that were a little off, but a very good learning experience, and belicheats face at the end of the game priceless

Williams was hurt and the coaching staff didn't want to overdue, especially since Henne roasted their secondary.

No. Throwing the ball a lot in this game was the appropriate plan of attack. And yea, I think Sparano and CO. did a good job in realizing this. The Patriots pass defense completely blows and it was wise to let Henne throw it 52 times. We were having success doing that.

I donno. Ive been calling him every few days lately if you have noticed. I may call him tomorrow. Did you catch my Sparano call last week? Mike agreed with me and said that he, the dude for TB, McDaniels, and Mike Smith need to calm down big time on the sidelines. He said if I wanted to call him a bonehead(which I did), that "thats fair" and that Sparano has made "some really wierd decisions all season".

Well each game is different. Throwing it 52 times a game is not going to be a consistant recipe for success. Against the Pats, it was very wise of Sparano to do so. Next week could be different, however the Jags pass defense isnt so great if Im not mistaken. I need to look into that because Im not certain.

A lot of it has to do with feel of the game too once you get into it.

Pats' pass D/pass rush was awful, so by going down 14 points, we could effectively attack their D with a QB that can actually throw it downfield.

At the point we were down 14-0, there was really no reason to go to a balanced attack, we needed to play catch up. I enjoyed this win, I really did.

I don't mind being unbalanced, but some of the play calls were really head scratchers late in that game. I understand the Patriots have an atrocious pass defense, but i think on situations like that third and 1, you need to hand the ball off to Ricky Williams or Lou Polite. We almost gave the game away several times today with some of the play calling. Luckily the Patriots made several key mistakes and gave it right back.

the jags have mathis and nelson in the secondary that might present a problem, i hope we pick them apart, but we will see

the series of play calling that had me furious was after the vontae davis int, how in the hell are going to pass it on 3 straight plays?

Yeah that was horrible.

Though i think Henning did a fairly solid job of calling the game up until late.

With the exception of that god awful option play on 2nd and 17. One of the most idiotic calls i've ever seen.

I liked it. It was aggressive. We had been punishing their D the whole game with our passing attack. It was refreshing to see. We needed to get the ball out of there and passing it was the best plan of attack. It was nice to see them show faith in the QB. Go out there and get it done. Nice.

They were doing a good job stuffing our rushing attack too. I think Grove being out of the game plays a huge part in this . It wouldve been easy to take the ball over deep in our own territory and run it into a pile and punt. Instead we attacked. I ****ing loved it.

Any play involving Pat White is a god awful decision at this point.
