Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports the Philadelphia Eagles are set to sign free agent C LeCharles Bentley (Saints). Bentley's interest in joining the Eagles is so strong that the only thing preventing the signing from happening Friday, March 3, was the delay in the start of free agency.

I heard that Bentley is going to replace Fraley. Jackson will be RG and Andrews will move to RT. Not really sure what the deal is with Fraley however...

As far as I know, Hank Fraley isn't a Free Agent... not sure why Philadelphia is so interested in acquiring Bentley unless they're planning on releasing Fraley.

i live in PA, and see alot of eagle games. i would take fraley or runyan in a heartbeat. that line is a brick wall. philly is in a great cap situation, i'm sure they can do whatever they please in free agency.

If Bentley wants to join the eagles for less money than what Fraley makes, then it makes sense. It's a slight upgrade on the oline plus a salary cap upgrade.
