Why do so many fans think that teams (like the browns) are going to come in and not play hard?
Everyone expecting a blow out not realizing that this is the NFL.....not the NBA. Where missing a player or two doesn't mean the game is a foregone conclusion.

I mean, I still think the Dolphins are going to win, but anyone expecting the browns to lay down are just........

The browns defense is not that bad, and their run game has been pretty strong all year. Why would anyone think that those strengths wouldn't be shown today?

The Browns are bad. Don't throw a pick six and you'd be up going into the half instead of tied or losing.

I've supported tannehill for a long time. My support in terms of thinking he is a long term solution is waivering and badly.

Why do fans expect this teamtoco. Me home and play hard?

This team is going 0-3. Absolutely garbage.

We look like the worst team in the NFL, not the Browns.

How is not expecting every team and player in the NFL to not throw in the towel an excuse?

Maybe ppl need to temper their expectations with reality. Or go back to watching college football.

This was a really bad first half of football and everyone who wants to vent should do so.

Offense was sleepwalking and the defense lucked out a couple of times. Kessler is totally lost out there.

Sadly, RT just doesn't have the consistency or intangibles to be a top flight QB in this league.
He can look really good in spurts, but look confounded at other times.
In other words, he looks like a solid backup QB.
I said it last week, RT is Jason Garrett or Gary Kubiak. What the team needs is a Troy Aikman or John Elway.

Nobody should expect the fins to blow anybody out. Only fans that do are the clueless type who got giddy over close losses to the seahawks and patriots despite the sea giving us every chance to win. Bottomline, the fins are one of the worse teams in the league. I thought this coming into the season and ive seen nothing to change my mind. When you have a qb and offensw in general thats below avg how can you expect to easily beat anybody? Throw in a D that cant stop the run therefore the game gets shortened and why would you expect anything other than a tight game between 2 bad teams? I guarantee the Browns fans looked at this game as one of their best chances to win

Don't start a thread where you contradict yourself.

Here's a tip. It's not about wins and losses, it's how they are doing it (today included) that rubs people the wrong way. I knew the defense would need help to be relevant this year. And with a 5th year starter who just needed a offensive line so he could shred defenses, hasn't materialized.

My expectations were 4-6 wins. And growth or progress was a must. Sadly, we are exactly who I thought we were.
