Seriously I am so tired of being a mediocre to below average team. It seems that each time we switch coaches, we keep many of our mediocre staff. If this team cannot make the playoffs, then we need to change everything! No more partial rebuilds.
 
Bro what do you think we did this past offseason? No Pouncey, Suh and Landry this year.
