No talks of guaranteed money vs incentive. I'd imagine that his "favorites" could change upon a big swing of this. I know its not about the money but it's aways about the money.

it wouldn't be smart to make public what you're willing to pay, then you give the next guy a starting point, and you drive up the price you'd eventually have to pay.
