IT IS BECOMING AN ABSURDITY THE WAY FINFANS WANT MIAMI TO TRADE THE FARM AND GET MAHOMES??? What are people smoking or perhaps drinking ? Didn't we just got rid of a product of a bad trade ? Now we want another one ? I have never in recent memory seen a draft day trade up that worked out well for Miami, have you ? Daniel Thomas, Billy Turner, A.J Edds, Shawn Murpy and of recent memories Dion Jordan and Leontee Carooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please for God's sake stop the insanity, Patrick Mahomes could be the next marino however, trading up to get him is reckless and irresponsible. This team needs all its draft picks for defense and OL hekp.
God help us!

I'm no Tannehill fan, yet I would FROWN at selecting a QB with anything more than the second 5th rounder on to the 6th round....

I'm glad the trade up for Mahomes group will never run the Dolphins. Whew!

Lol wow.....this is the first I'm hearing about this. Wasn't this guy a 2nd to 3rd round projection a month that ago?

I'd be fine with Davis Webb in the 3rd, especially if we trade down early and grab another 3rd or 4th. Somebody said there's a Gase connection there, but all I can find is that Webb's former coach at Texas Tech Kliff Kingsbury is good friends with him.

Vernon Carey was very serviceable for us for years, we traded up for him too. Also traded back into first round for Louis Oliver and I would consider him a solid starter for us for years.

Why would we take Mahomes anyway? What can he do that Tannehill can't AND with more consistency?

I guess I haven't been reading more posts on here but I haven't seen one single post about anyone wanting Patrick Mahomes. That guy might be the #1 overall pick by the time its all said and done geesh, his stock has sky rocketed, I just don't see anything special though. Im good with drafting a QB in like the 5th round if Gase really likes one. but anything before that would be a waste of pick and time.

1st time I'm hearing this
Was this on this site or another?
Was it a drunk FinFan on a radio show?
Was it someone from an insane asylum?

While Carey was OK we could have stayed put and got Vince Wilfork.

Would only trade up if Derek Barnett slips within our reach because he's a "safe pick" with a solid starter floor and still a super high ceiling. Wouldn't move up for anyone else. Maybe Reddick. Still, I'm more for trading down than moving up. If Barnett, Reddick, and Charlton are all off the board at 22 then I'm certainly moving down with Jordan Willis, Charles Harris, or T.J. Watt as my trade down target late first.

I could see T-Bum doing something crazy and shocking the **** out of everyone if Lattimore falls enough to pull the trigger.
