Bet the house, the farm, and your X-box on this one! Miami will march into the Meadowlands this Sunday and blow out the NY Bretts.

Gifted once by the 2000 Miami Dolphins with an undeserved victory, the 2008 Dolphins are sure to stomp this NY team of mercenaries deep into the foundations of Giant's Stadium, buried like mobsters in cement.

The Jets made a critical mistake when they beat the undefeated Titans. Mentally, they elevated themselves to AFC Champions and bound for the SuperBowl. Problem is, they had 5 games left to play...and for the most part, they were no shows.

Now, only a miracle scenario allows the Jets to advance into the playoffs. :shakeno: ...a miracle that will be denied. They know it...hell...everyone knows it.

On the other hand, Miami has had to fight through some very tough games. Certainly considered having played a "soft schedule," each of these soft teams came out playing hard against the Dolphins. To Miami's credit, they smacked 'em and found a way to win with a will to win.

Now on the cusp of history, the 2008 Miami Dolphins go for the jugular in this game. There will be no let up, no pause on either side of the ball. Miami will be playing flat out and at top speed. There will be no question as the final gun sounds that Miami didn't give it all for this game.

Consider this. Miami practiced yesterday. The Jets...they stayed home with their families, all cozy around their fires.

You tell me who wants this game more?

MIAMI IN A BLOWOUT!

THIS WEEKEND, WE DINE IN HELL! :eat::woot::beer1::hi5:

Yeah, I agree...

What's more there is absolutely no way that the Ravens lose to the jags, so that means we get to knock off both the Jests and the Pats.

I can't wait to see Farve breaking up in his press conference after the game. :boohoo: :D

All year the Phins have been hungrier. If they did practice and the Jets didn't they're heart will be in it more. I am trying not to get to ****y (everytime I do we lose) but I think that Brett will lose his magic this week. GO PHINS!

I kinda see this game as a blowout as well. Its not so much that the Fins are playing incredible football, its more so that the Jets just look horrible. Kris Jenkins and Brett Favre, their two most important players, are playing like crap. Their secondary has always stunk and they give up a lot of passes to TEs, and what a coincidence, Pennington loves throwing it to Fasano and Martin, especially in the red zone.

I hope you are right, BUT Miami has only dominated one team this year...the Wildcat stunned Patriots. Most of the other games came down to 4th quarter focus and a greater will to win. I see the Jets game more being close in the 4th with Miami pounding the ball on time eating drives. I'd love to see Miami with the ball and the lead while taking a knee to end the game.

I'd rather see a Farve Int getting returned for 6 to end the game. ;)

I HOPE and PRAY that the OP is right, but I have to agree with you dolfan. The Dolphins only dominated ONE game the entire year and that was the Patriots.

Please, don't jinx the Fins with a blowout prediction, although I hope that you are right!

I see Miami, 24-10. Not really that close, Jets with a late TD too little too late. When was the last time we could get this excited for a Dolphin game??

We may win but we don't have the capacity to blow anyone out!

I really can't stand these type of threads. Anyone remember the Ravens and NE weeks here? yeah, we were going to easily beat them too.....

This game is going to be a dog fight.....it's going to be tough.....there is a strong chance we can lose. It's nothing more than that, and if you feel this is going to be a sure, or blowout, win for Miami. You're just being a homer.

There is no way that a measily post on this forum jinxes the Dolphins Sunday.

Relax....

Miami is about to rip the Jet's a new one! They're in the driver's seat here, not the Jets...and I can tell you just where the Dolphins are going...

...straight into the playoffs.

So again...relax...and enjoy the next two days without football, and then the pounding the NY Jets get on Sunday.

It's an ***-kicking that is well overdue them.

This is GREAT week for homerism behavior, though...don't ya think?

I'm proud to be a homer come Sunday! LET'S GO PHINZ!

The thing that has me rather convinced we're going to win is how prepared we are going into this game. We've practiced all week but Tuesday I believe. These players are focused and know what this game means to the team, the franchise and the fans. The Jets are depleted and I really feel they're going to lay down.

Miami 24
New York 10
