I heard alot of FSU and Miami fans arguing about this guy so I seen this on Rivals.com and decided to post. There was also a video and towards the end of it he was asked what coaches he most feels comfortable with and he replied Bobby Bowden and Urban Meyer. I think its already Down to FSU and the Gators!





Below is from rivals (this is not the whole thing, But I do not have a Rivals subscribtion so I can not get the rest.)
Florida State fans will be happy to hear that five-star running back Noel Devine was pulling for the ‘Noles in Monday’s game. Devine, who grew up a big Miami fan, has changed alliances in state after the ‘Canes told him he might be too small for their offense.
 
For the love of god Coker needs to go. Flat out telling one of the top recruits in the country that you don't want him? Insane.
 
Jarvis James is going to be a STUD for us we dont need Noel, even though Noel is going to be great (or so it seems) but man the kid is tiny

5'8 isnt tiny in college.

When you run more of a pro style of offense it is though

Im not saying I dont want him on my team, he is going to be amazing, but im confident with James after that one run last night (where he kept pushing forward) great effort and all reports say the kid is going to be amazing

Id rather Noel go to Florida so we dont have to play him every year

I love the way ppl don't need someone when they don't wanna go there anymore. :lol:


He is the perfect fit for the Florida Gators and I do hope we can snag him. I think he stays home in Florida even tho he is really looking at some out of state schools (USC and LSU). Which Florida School he goes too is still up for question, But alot can change in the upcoming months.

no, it doesnt matter what offense you run 5'8 isnt tiny for college. college mostly has guys that are smaller then the pros to begin with. and if their not smaller then their slower. if the guy was 5'5 i would agree.

We dont NEED him. I would love him to come here though.

Im just saying we have the future back in Jarvis James (Edges cousin) he is going to be great, so if we dont get him its not like we dont have a back

Yeah I guess your right becuase a RB has never ever got hurt in College Football. Never has a RB torn an ACL or Broke a Leg thats just for all the other players.

So we need Noel because Jarvis might get hurt?

You cant think like that he COULD get hurt but that doesnt mean he will, we will always have capable backups. We dont NEED Noel, but he would be great to have on the team. Its not backbreaking if he goes somewhere else though
 
why would he go to FSU with smith waiting to get the starting role? he'd have less competition with james in miami.
