Nolan Carroll - Afraid to Tackle??

I've noticed this over the last few games and it's gotten progressively worse! Never on the ground, never wraps up. Just watches the action around him - pitiful!!!

Nolan Carroll is nothing more than a backup being thrust into a starting job. He is too inconsistent for me. Dolphins need more consistency in the secondary and it's killing the team. They look confused half of the time getting into position. It's a huge liability. Of course no defensive line pressure will expose any secondary.
