After seeing Sean Smith get beat for a game winning TD few moments ago. I appreciate you a little more good game

He did give up a long bomb ginn TD which he dropped (thank god but it didnt matter in the end)... hes bad but sucks we couldn't use his one good game for a victory

That's why gimp is a former Fin.

Carrol would have had a monster game if he intercepted that 3rd and 10 pass late in the 4th quarter when playmakers make plays rather than celebrating for muffing the interception!

If he picks off that pass, which he totally should have, yeah it would've been a monster game. I am not blaming Carrol for the loss but don't leave plays on the field, because the next play Cam Newton completed it for a first down and performed the game winning drive, which NC28 could've prevented!

Yea carroll made a good play. He has made plenty bad ones tho. Like someone else pointed out he has to make that pick in the 4th

His interception today doesn't excuses dozens of bad games!

Nolan made more play in the fist half than the offense made the entire second half. If anyone cost us the game it would be the entire offensive unit.

I for one & many others in the past have slated Carroll - but have to give credit where its due he had one of his better games.

He's no shut-down corner & never will be, but today stepped up in my eyes. Yes he couldn't made an interception in the 4th QTR, but there were plenty of other players that could have & should have made better plays later on in that quarter as well.

he's had two bad games. One against the best TE in the league in Graham. Basically he has had about 3 bad plays.

Please tell us all how many CB's who are drafted in the 5th round make no mistakes?

I say resign him. He is a hard worker and understands the defense.

The guy I am starting to wonder about is Reshad Jones.

He was so bad prior to this season I did not recognize him making plays this season. He has been in games more than most of his harsh critics realize because Patterson cant stay healthy.

I agree he has been a solid starter for us, add to it he's a fifth round pick at CB that makes his production really good. He's big and physical and he's still developing. It's disconcerting that Patterson gets hurt rather easily cuz he's really good for our system. I really like the way our DBs have developed. Even Wilson has improved.

Reshad Jones really needs to look inward and find some pride cuz his play has been as bad as Wheelers. Again Jones is a fifth round pick too and he's developing as well, but his play has made Cemons look better. We really need a safety with awareness and playmaking ability.

Yes I have noticed he was in better position the last couple of weeks even coming away with a pick or two. The light has come on for some members of the seconday but for the love of football I cant understand why we were in prevent before the half.

Carroll left the game and his chance to be a hero lying on the turf late in the 4th quarter. Catch that ball and we are all talking about how he may be turning the corner... The light may be coming on, but he dropped it, and so goes his legacy.

He has no legacy, great play on the first half int, but otherwise a complete liability in coverage. He is constantly picked on...we are a much better D with D. Patt in the game, who is always injured. Im not a huge fan of Wilson either. I think our D has 3 issues: wheeler, Carroll, and Wilson...all of which could kick my ass, I'm just calling it like I see it.
