Norv?

hell to the no..no more retread
 
Norv Turner is top flight OC. He would not fit with Joe, but Norv Turner could coach my offense anytime.
 
I like Norv as an OC but he runs a totally different type of offense.

Gary Kubiak is the guy you want. He's similar to Norv in that he likes to run a balanced offense with a strong rushing attack and take some vertical shots off of PA, but he runs it with a west coast flavor.
 
What I like about Norv: runs the ball, loves to run it, gets his line physical up front...makes the opposition commit to the run...throws it over the top. Works TE in the hash too.
 
I would not mind him as oc one bit, but like hayden said I don't see norv and philbin being on the same page
 
Philbin should not be in the equation on who gets hired for anything.
