Not a good year for Grier

Brian Thomas and Quinyon Mitchell played well, but for other teams. We took Chop.

I think you were right about how Grier had another bad year. Couldn’t get any of his draft picks in 2023 to become starters. Now his draft picks in 2024 are not doing well. I do see some potential in Chop though. Maybe he’ll become productive in 2025?

This team is not good. I’m ready to get rid of Grier and HCMM

The pass rushers are not edge setters, too one dimensional. The WRs are midgets, not good blockers. We draft for speed over toughness.
It’s like Grier and McD want to change the football paradigm. I know you can’t coach speed… but at its core football is still a physical game. Toughness and strength matter.

It’s like they want to scheme around the team’s weaknesses.

The OL has been a joke for too long. Team has been soft for too long.

Honestly how has Grier still got a job.
Has our owner fallen asleep.
Same problems different year.
Hate to say it but regardless of our finishing position this season I have zero faith in Grier getting it right.

I appreciate the way Grier drafts. Go get premium positions that are rarely available on the open market.

If you are drafting for this year specifically, you screwed up during the free agency period.

I don't think Grier bats 1.000% obviously. My preferrence would have been Briant Thomas Jr over Chop, but that's a differnece of opinion; I'm happy with Chop. The Paul pick is the issue to me, but that's just a different evaluation. I still think it was a good pick process-wise.

What would you change?
It’s more of the totality of his past 7 years since tannenbaum left.
When that happened Ross said that Grier now has complete autonomy of building the roster

As a whole he’s failed, time for him to start over somewhere else, perhaps go be a field scout on the road staying in holiday inns

I actually think it's possible Kamara ends up being here longer than Robinson, which would probably be totally on par for a Grier draft class.
Didn’t think Kamara had enough for this level pre draft
