I agree; if the D's first-teamers are gonna play like this, just put in the young guys and give them some play!

I think our players intensity dropped when they put in their back-ups.
We played down to their level after that.

We were playing even with the first teamers before they went out.
 
We haven't played like it's the super bowl, but we still have the lead -- had the lead.
 
A career college backup QB who is a rookie 3rd string QB in the NFL has just brought his team back against our 1st teamers, if NE wanted to win this game we would have been rolled.
 
well, I am. I won't let you pee on my cornflakes. NE backups are the best in the league that's why they are champs. HA we WIN !

exactly. its kinda sad and pathetic to a degree.
 
Who cares you guys? The season's over, and we had a winning season. Why ***** going into the offseason when our D is gonna be changed around anyway?
 
We made 3rd stringer Matt Cassel look like well....Tom Brady and I'm sorry I don't buy the Patriots backups being the best in the league, blah blah blah, the Patriots backups shouldn't beat the Saints, Texans, Packers or Lions. There is supposed to be a reason they are backups.
 
Unbelevable, we beat the world champs in january, in NE, and in the cold and people arnt impressed.

ummm, division Rival in their house. Just because their SECOND string players take the field for the Pats, the coaching doesn't go to second string. The gameplan was to play second string players so they had a week to put it together. Give me a brake, both teams where on a winning streak and we don't have anything to play for except another win the Pats need this win. How bout giving the fins a little credit, we are turning the corner, wake up.
 
We won so enjoy it and don't try and bring us down..... Every win in the NFL is hard so enjoy it because we have to wait another 8 months till another one.
 
I don't understand this Defense, they play well against Plummer, Delhomme, Brady, Brees, then make Bollinger and Cassel look like all stars.
