the dolphins may not win afc east, thats VERY UNLIKELY, but we can still make wild card.

right now for the wild card spot, its DEN(2-1 but will lose today 2-2),CINNY(3-1), AND JAQ (3-2). all those teams are 2 games or less in front of miami. if miami goes on a streak, they can at least get 2nd spot in the wild card, just look for yourself.

There are always a lot what ifs....I just want us to start playing better and beat the Jets. :shakeno:
 
9 more wins gets us 10 wins and possibly a playoff birth, 10 more wins guarantees us a playoff birth, we still have a shot.If we lose against the Jets, we have 1 last shot at the playoffs with a 10 game win streak.
 
Yes, it's over. Unlike these "season's not over yet" posts, which will apparently go on and on and on...
 
Well, it's nice to create false hope with what-if's, but I enjoy these scenarios.

But for me it's all irrelevant until we see how Joey and the O performs against the Jets this Sunday. If Joey's knack for getting rid of the ball early and moving the O into enemy territory continues Sunday, and if they can put some of those stalled drives into the endzone, then a scenario like this becomes more credible because our O will suddenly have hope.

But as it stand right now, our O is still averaging half the points are D allows.

Let's wait until Sunday to see if our O comes alive under Joey until we hope for possible wild card scenarios.
 
noone is sayin win 9/10 in a row, as long as we beat the soso teams and jaq we r in it, its not like im sayin we goin to beat pats and chi and minn
 
At this point, 6-10 would be a "good season" based on where the Dolphins are right now.

And I'm not even sure that's realistic.
