I am watching the draft an ealier they showed a bunch of clips on Ginn and it looks to me nobody can catch him he just blows by everyone and makes em look goofy

Yesterday was ridiculous how espn kept mocking miami for making the pick yet not showing any highlights on Ginn. I love that they showed him catch a ball over the middle on TEXAS, where breaks off the line on Arron Ross (a 1st rounder) gets past him, and then smokes micheal griffin (another 1st rounder). Ginn was worth a top ten pick, the media is just in love with Brady Quinn.

im telling you this guys, BRADY QUINN INMYOPINION WILL BE A BUST!!!
He is overatted and the media needs to stop harassing him. He will suck I bet you

Quinn won't suck, but if the Dolphins had an opportunity to trade down they probably could have gotten Ginn around #15.

true
but i think if they wanted to get ted
we could have traded down with the Packers
so marshwn lynch not be in buffalo
get another pick or two
and still get ted ginn

Of course Brady Quinn will be a bust now. Everyone who goes to Cleveland turns out to be a bust. Just look at Courtney Brown (2000, #1 overall), Gerrard Warren (2001, #3 overall), and William Green (2002, #16 overall). Oh yeah, let's not forget about Tim Couch (1999, #1 overall).

We're still waiting on Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards who were deemed as gods at their position coming out of their respective drafts.

I'm sad for Brady Quinn. He's going to a team that's going to kill his future in the NFL. At least if he went to the Dolphins he would've been coached up really well and would, without a doubt, turn out better than he is going to as a Cleveland Brown. :boohoo:

i think we prob tried to trade down but there were no suitors at that particular point. so what are u gonna do when u know you want someone and no one is gonna trade up to you?

ESPN and Kiper were all over Miami for not Getting Quinn more so than getting Ginn. When they got Beck, they have since pretty much changed their tune.

They pumped up Quinn so much, that when we picked Ginn, they were actually ticked off. I mean, they were pissed. Absolutely incredible. I can't remember ever seeing anything like that before. Not only was that so unproffessional, but the CamRam made them look pretty stupid. You see what all this overhyping does to people.

I'm watching the NFL Network. They are showing Quinn press conference in Cleveland. The press asked him if he circled the Miami vs Clev. game this year. He said he circled the whole schedule, but the Miami means a little more to him. I hope Porter and JT welcomes the rookie in to the league.

i think he will be good he may not start this year but will soon. He will however be our best PR / KR in a long time he is faster than welker was and gives the ability to break one. With all the additions to the Pats we need what we can get.

I loved watching those clips of Ginn. They showed clips of him againt Hall, Ross and one other which I cant remember. He burnt them all. I love the pick to draft Ginn. Miami was very high on this guy to begin with, so I dont know why everyone is so shocked we took him. Yes we needed a QB, and we got one in Beck. I was shocked we didnt take Quinn too, but its over and done. We needed a QB and we got one. And quite frankly a damn good one too. I love the way draft has played out so far and am very happy. I am very much looking forward to Ginn's explosiveness.

Its nothing personal to Quinn, its business and Miami is trying to be in the business of winning and they made their decisions based on that. People need to stop slurping from that Notre Dame koolaid and relax. Ok so we didn't take Quinn, don't hate Ginn Jr for it, its not his fault. DAMN YOU FOR HAVING SUPER-SPEED!
