i was pulling for a.j., but now it seems that he is way behind the pack. i am now rooting for gus. hopefully all this quarterback controversy will get squashed and gus can concentrate on being the leader of our dolphins. i wish him the best of luck because all that matters is dolphin victories and if he's the man to lead us to those victories then every finfan should back him.
 
if he has a dilfer type year like the year when the ravens won, ricky and ronnie and the defense are capable of leading us to wins.
 
Thats how I felt last year when Fiedler was starting, thats how I feel now. I may not like the qb, coach, lineman, whoever. But there on my team and I support them all.

im glad they're letting him get more reps up ahead with the #1's unlike last year it was decided the night before the game who was starting. I really up Sage moves up to #2, but however it all plays out ill be happy.

i doubt it sage has always looked good in preseason,everybodys' overeacting about sage because of our dismal qb situation. sage will never be more than a 3rd stringer.

I agree.

I am a huge Feeley supporter, but it is nice to know Frerotte is gonna have 3 weeks now to work on Chemistry and with the WR'S.

I am rooting for yah Frerotte.

Either way it will be a great season, and we will be playoff contenders. I GUARANT......... Errr...... Maybe I shouldn't go that far but I will say I am seeing an 11-5 season for us:goof:

About Sage. Well now that Feeley has lost I would say I hope Rosenfels moves up so we will be looking for just 1 QB next season not 2. If not both he and Feeley are gone if not sooner barring injury on teams
 
Feeley hasn't lost... There's 3 weeks of preseason left. If Frerotte burns against Pittsburgh and Feeley succeeds, who knows, Feeley could be named next week's starter. I think Nick just named the one who will be starting the first quarter against Pittsburgh. Not the overall starter for the season. Just calm down... The contraversy will continue. Like it or not.

I think it will be the first time only one QB will be taking all the first team repetitions during practice but he said they all would play.

feely is spiraling rapidly down the depth chart. if he plays like marino and gus plays like rob johnson, then feely might have a shot at starting the season. also i doubt saban will use all 3 remaining games to decide starter. he will probably pick after 2nd game if not this week.

I have the same deja vu feeling beginning. I hate to think it but Frerotte's problems got me thinking of Fiedler. AJ. for some reason is beginning to remind me of Woodley (without the scrambling ability). Thankfully Saban doesnt remind me of Wannsplat. I still think Saban might be trying to light a fire under AJ's a#$ by the way he phrased his commentary. I just don't know if A.J is bright enough to pick up on it

Yes, but it gets more difficult for Feeley now. Gus will get the majority(or all) of the snaps with the 1st team this week making it less likely that Feeley will outperform him in the game. It's certainly still possible for Feeley to win the job, but its no longer a level playing field.
