I gotta tell ya...I was so pissed yesterday that I didn't even watch the 4th quarter!...Yes the Jets deserve credit...They played hard and they played physical...There was some damn hard hitting in that game. But I could tell that the refs were not going to let the Jets lose...I'm going to stop right there with the refs because it's not worth the headache.
People need to realize that the Dolphins are still in transition mode and not a team that's been playing together for years...3/4 of our starting secondary is new, our nickle CB is a rookie...we are starting a rookie LB, and we have rookies playing on the D-line throughout the game. We are also starting a rookie RB who missed most of camp...Going to war with an O-line that was swiss cheese last year...and we're installing new systems on both sides of the ball...I know it's hard to be patient believe me...I couldn't have written this post last night I was so upset...But now that the Dust has settled I can take a step back and be realistic...We are gonna lose games that we should win this year...It's going to happen, so brace yourself...If the ball bounces the right way we win that game...we had 3 chances at fumbles in the 1st half and didn't come up with them. NE and Buf both lost and they are touted as Superbowl contenders! It always sucks losing a divisional game...I get that...But we're gonna be ok in the long run...I don't think there are any right-minded Dolphin fans who expected us to win it all this year, So let's just step back and take a deep breath...And talk about the positives. One thing is clear...We need to sign McMichael to a long term deal during the season...Any other rational thoughts?

Yesterday was a grim reminder that we were a 4-12 team last year that still has offensive line trouble and has some issues to take care of. I must say that I am a huge fan of the SEC and I watched many LSU games and Nick Saban knows what he is doing.

:yeahthat:

everyone is 1-1 in the toughest division...prediction: we won't lose the next time we play the Jests.
