Hopefully, I am praying, we can get Kubiak to come here. I think this puts the hire of an OC in a very tenuous position. What if after this year, Lazor wants a new HC because Philbin has shown no improvement ? Where does that leave the OC? Usually a HC will want his guy as OC. This is not always the case, but more than not this is what happens.
