ok dont kill me on this one, but we really need a NT and Ferguson is getting up there in age, so unless we draft one, or the FO thinks Solai is ready......why dont we look @ Tank Johnson. Hes still really young @ 25 and is a FA....just wondering how much he would cost or if anyone here would give him a shot. looks like he cleaned up his act since going to the cowboys.
 
Oh my Lord no. I can see Bill Parcells' angry vein exploding if Ireland even thought about suggesting this.
 
NT is a major need.. but it will prob be addressed in the first 2 rounds of the draft..
 
Other than that he outwore his welcome on 2 teams, was a clubhouse cancerous agitator in the most recent TO insurrection egging the receivers on, and whose recent on field performance hasn't persuaded the FO to overlook his foibles... it sounds like a great notion
 
I like the idea of taking a look at Tank. He is a starter and it would allow us to draft a NT in a later round.

Are you kidding me? F*** no way.
 
i think they like solai and cohen and NG will be taken care of in the mid rounds at the earliest. Cohen is a strong cat and probably with a bit more grooming may be an effective nose. And just say no to tank johnson.
 
What about Fred Robbins? He wouldnt be a full time starter, but could provide depth. It looks like he will be released from the giants.

I think it is definitely a need, but I don't think Tank can play NT. It takes a special sort of dude to play NT. It is that same reason that I disagree with people when they say we will address it in the first 2 rounds. Unless Raji falls to #25, which he wont, I dont see anyone else that has the ability to play it, maybe Brace, but I don't think that the FO will go in that direction. Just My Opinion.
