we know your thoughts basically on Adams and Faneca....

now your thoughts, if we really cant sign these guys, too much monet or something... what you think on the young, huge, beastly Max Starks???

he looks tempting to me, with much NFL shown potential
 
ok... i was basically asking on Max Starks... peoples thoughts on him.... we already know on Faneca guys....

I think Max Starks would be a good Pick up


And if u are only talking about Max Starks u might want to change the Title
 
Starks is good as a run blocker but has slow feet and isn't any good in pass protection. Guys beat him off the corner for most of this last year. Faneca would be a good pickup but at 32 has abbout 3 good years left.
 
The only three I would look at would be Flozell Adams - only for a limited deal, 2 years max, something of that extent; Alan Faneca, and Travelle Wharton. Otherwise I think it's best to acquire them via the draft. As for Max Starks, he got beat out by Willie Colon two years after starting on a Super Bowl line. Something about that just doesn't interest me though he does have the size that BP likes.
 
None Seriously none. After watching the Giants destroy the Pats OL; every NFL team, particular those in the AFC East are going start playing copycat.

Signing a bunch of used-up vets who can't pass block doesn't help the Phins win.
 
I don't want Faneca because of his age. The Dolphins need to get younger, not add guys towards the end of their careers. It doesn't make sense. Lets rebuild with youth.
 
Max Starks has loads of potential, but so did LJ Shelton. I find them to be almost the same player.
 
I would rather draft and develope our own linemen. Build around Carey and Satele and have a group of solid guys around the same age so we can dominate steady for several years in about 2-3 years.
 
somebody on here yesterday was speculating that one of the tackles from carolina might be released. if they release jordan gross, id love to pick him up.
 
if we can't get one of those two guys i would like to re-sign hadnot and draft another gaurd. i would rather sign hadnot than either of those guys. either way we go we are probly looking at having to pick up 2 guards regardless plus the lt.
