from the looks of things, looks like we will address teh S spot, SOLB spot, in FA along with WR's then go QB, and O LINE rest of the day if not DT in teh draft. we haven't talked to any OLINEMAN in FA honestly but are trying to address the other spots such as the ones i named in it. what do you guys think?

I thought Mueller and Co. had talked to Levi Brown. Can't remember where I heard that bit from. I hope we look at LT more like Brown, Staley, etc. And also QB like Brady Quinn. If we nab Quinn and Staley, we could potentially have our franchise QB/LT duo.

I think we need a very good guard to be honest and there are a few available.

I have a feeling Hudson Houck is not blowing smoke as far as Alabi at LT. He should be solid if you put a very good guard next to him.

Another question would be...has any team Houck coached O line on ever drafted an O linemen in the first round?

Blalock or Grubbs @ OG
Kalil @ C
Meachem @ WR

Could be a great first day of the Draft.

most definitely. if he isnt our LT this year, he is ntn but a project/2nd stringer then.

Boomer has said in the VIP longe that he believes the Phins may trade down and pick up Meachem in the 1st. Rd. I would love for something like this to take place: 3 players who could come in and start or contribute heavily.

From what I've been hearing down here in Davie the word is that it seems that Alabi is ready to start at LT.

1st round #23 Mike Schad OG in 1986 with the Los Angeles Rams. 10 year solid starter though only 3 with Rams. A lot of quality 2nd rounders though like Flozell Adams, Larry Allen, etc.

Hmm I think we may draft OL now, But in which round(s)? That is the question.

How so?

I've seen alot of Meachem, he has all the tools to be a #1 WR in the NFL. He doesn't drop nearly as many passes as Chambers. He has great speed and great hands.
