Observations from my First Game in Miami

It was a great day to be at Hard Rock today! Thoroughly enjoyed it with my 36 year old daughter. Glad to hear you enjoyed it SF. On a side note, there was no humidity today...LOL That's about as nice as it get's in So Florida unless a rare cold front comes through. If you want to see humidity, come to a game in September ; )

We debated Orlando or the Florida Keys. I think next trip we'll go to the Keys and spend some real time in Miami.

Might be a few years, as we are just tipping the bucket list.
Glad you enjoyed it here...and it's cool you saw dolphins fans compared to other places.... but....I've lived here all my life...and I can't wait to move to California...

Some will say im crazy but to each their own...

Joe has an extra room I believe. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I love California. Another beautiful state that is extremely diverse with mountains, deserts and stunning beaches.

Definitely fun to get in the heart of Dolphins country, though. And to swim at our resort in November. Can't do that in the Bay Area.

The weather was pretty great. I imagine September would be tough.

We were on the visitors side near the end zone so we felt it in the second half. Kept downing the water and we survived.

It's about 60 degrees with no humidity in the Bay Area this time of year so obviously we just aren't used to it.

Is your daughter a football fan? That's awesome that you were there. I wondered how many Dolphins fans I sort of knew.

My first game too after travelling from the UK

First thing - thankyou to all the Miami fans for making it a great day - simply the best

Was pretty emotional to finally get to Hard Rock after supporting from over the pond for the last 30 years - and what a stadium - canโ€™t fault Mr Ross on that one

Got seats in the 120 block with some Raiders fans in the sun - at least it wasnโ€™t too hot - some really good banter

Spent a fortune in the shop buying Waddle and Achane jerseys

Watching the game live - buy the breaks in play take a while when live - donโ€™t get that on Redzone

Tua - started closing my eyes every time
He stepped back to pass

Defense was mega - Ramsey - thank you Chris Grier

Only downside to the day was the chaos at lot 42 for the Uber pickup - our Uber got stuck in traffic and only made our bus back to Orlando by 2 minutes - that needs to be a little better organised

Again - thanks to all the Fins fans for - making a day I will always remember how loud the fans are - something that doesnโ€™t always come across on the TV

Fins up

Oh, that it explains it. The visitor's side. The stadium is designed to keep the visiting team in the So Fl sun the entire game. Worst tickets in the stadium are down low on the visitor's side. I was on the same side, but up high under the roof. Glad you had a great time and next time you make it down to Hard Rock, definitely try to get tickets on the other side of the stadium. It makes all of the difference in the world!

You can't beat it brother.

I've been to 45 states...yes there's a cover charge so to speak with taxes and all that...but I Iove the mountains, the scenery, the vibe...Cali is first with Washington state second for me... but Washington (specifically Seattle) can't beat it...but Florida isn't as bad as I might make it sound ๐Ÿ˜‚....it's still top 5 for me and it's home....just dont want to live here forever...

We feel so grateful to be able to travel and see different places. Really haven't traveled much over the last seven years, but we are getting older and figure we better tackle that bucket list. I think London might be next, around next Christmas.

Wow, 48 states. That's impressive. I love California for the reasons you highlighted. Hawaii is also a favorite. I do love tropical weather and the beach.

My father loved road trippin in the late 80s a lot and i continued the tradition after getting married so i got lucky with a wife that loves it too ...and hell she can drive for longer hours than me at times ๐Ÿ˜‚...and so I've seen many, many places here in the US....unfortunately though I haven't been abroad to visit much, only Mexico a few times since its across the border, and Cuba one time (only flight ive ever been on)....almost got to Canada (Toronto) once, but a passport went missing so we couldn't go....by the time we found it, time was up, and we had to get back to Florida ๐Ÿ˜‚

But oh man how I love California...just chillin at Dantes View (not the death valley one the Griffith park one ๐Ÿ‘) in the morning before enjoying the hike to the sign might sound touristy ๐Ÿ˜‚ but being that we are so flat here in Florida can you blame me ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Bring your wife to Bangkok. Come hang out with junior and me for a few nights. Send your wife back to California. Problem solved.

My brother and I went to our first game in Miami for the Carolina game. We were literally in Fin Heaven! Love Florida, and the people were great. Had a son in San Diego area and the other is in Seattle. Both are beautiful, but taxes and some bizarre laws make both good to visit, not live. But, as for attending a game at Hard Rock ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜! Fins up fellow fans!
