I'll go with some bias based of recent events. Ken Dorsey, the QB Coach, from the Bills. I think he'd be a tough get, but:

1. He's been involved with the development of a rookie QB
2. The Bills offense has been able to exploit weaknesses
3. He's familiar with a divisional opponent who looks like they'll be a tough team to beat for the division.

Bring in Dan Campbell, and the next time a Dolphin player is involved in multiple cheapshots, the entire Dolphin team can stay on the sidelines, the tag team of Flo and Campbell will just need to clean house themselves.

He absolutely has to get this one right. What is Flores's vision of the offense? Not sure we know that. But if he moves on from Gailey it will be the third coordinator in as many years.

With Tua at quarterback, do you want an OC with experience in an RPO offense? That might make sense.

I love what San Francisco does on offense. Shanahan gets a lot out of his running game and quarterback.

Keep and eye on Joe Lombardi as well. He's been Brees's QB coach for a while (who Tua most resembles in the NFL), and was the OC under Caldwell in Detroit.

I would be good with him. However, I heard a “QB whisper” and “Guru” is looking for a new job...
