I was watching total access when Dilfer was their guest host and he was saying how none of the rumors were true about him leaving Cleveland. At the same time I'm online and there was a report Dilfer was traded to the 49res on ESPN... this ofcourse was a few weeks ago, but I got a good chuckle out of it. The 49ers and Browns traded QB's, Dilfer for Dorsey.

I've got two problems with the article:
1. "hefty" hurler????? The man has like 0% body fat....
2. A profootballtalk.com reference that he would miss most of 2006? Nice to take the effort to independently verify. Now, that's journalism.

Trent Dilfer is vastly underrated. Was that two years ago when he played against us with the Seahwaks? I remember he had a good game against us.
