Off topic:Surtain's father rescued

Very great news to hear that Patrick's father has been rescued and is safe, I wish Pat and his entire family the best.
 
wow i didn't know he was missing, i'm very glad to hear that. imagine what poor pat was thinking. about to start his first season away from miami and his famly had to go through this. I hope he has an awesome game sunday. (also, look who hes playing.) Go #23! Both ours and the cheifs!
 
Thats great news. Lets hope there is more of these kind of good stories to come.
 
It'll be weird to see him on October 23rd on the sideline opposite of us. I will be rooting for our team of course, but wouldn't mind if he had a nice tackle or two. :rolleyes:
 
That is awesome. Even thought Pat is no longer a fin, I wish him and his family all the best. He was a solid, classy player while he wore the dolphin uniform.
