Offensive coordinator has to go!

I can't believe how many times I watch the fins and the offensive play calling is terrible. On top of that they are not managing the clock at all. They are inside the Bills 20 yard line with first down with a little over 2 minutes left. Instead of running some time off the clock they choose to throw the ball 3 straight times. Are you kidding me? Buffalo gets the ball back with plenty of time left to go down field to kick a field goal.

I have seen this a few times in different games. Instead of going inside at the half ahead they end up going in losing the lead. What is it going to take for this offensive coordinator to learn how to manage the clock?

It is called fundamenatals, we lack it in almost all parts of the game. We have them backed up inside the 5 yard line, then let them out with a offsides. We have them 3rd and 12 then another offsides, followed up on the next play by the same player (Merling) lined up off sides but that penality was declined because we have a face mask. I'm ok with losing becauae of lack of talent, but this team keeps beating themselfs with lack of fundamentals. That is what worries me.

I forgot one, we can't tackle. We have to lead the league in yards given up after the 1st hit.

i know. this happened against Houston. Again, it will lose us a few more games this year (and next if henning is still here)

After we get a good int, henning insists we f it up by calling god aweful plays, like the wildcat to ricky and QB rollout. We have to make the maximum out of turnovers!

Henning has some kind of preoccupation with the lateral play to ginn/ comarillo. It never works. Its a waste of a play. He is costing us opportunities to score. If he has called a good play to ginn/ fasano down field i think we at least score a FG after the fumble. He is a BAD playcaller. He has to face the wild cat has pretty much run its ground.
