i belive that are Offensive Coordinator is to blame more den DC cuz we got this guy from the bill after he got fired or something like that so why would we pick him up when we had a really good offence last yr i don't understand why did we addad a coach that got fired by another rival team plus i havent seen anythin impresive bout this new offense we don't challenge any ong passes beyond the safties or anything

Yea we are all starting to see why every Bills fan would complain about Mularkey. Saban needs to slap him around and tell him to call better plays. I think I saw one play action pass on Sunday.

We needed someone to replace Linehan......WHY Saban chose Mullarkey is beyond me? Maybe he saw something in the average running and passing game the Bills have had over the last few years which made him think Mullarkey would be a good OC? Or maybe coaches feel that they somehow have an obligation to hire old coaches who have been cast off from other teams so that they will have a job? I would rather hire a great young college coach who runs a West Coach offense or something that would give us more of an offensive threat than what we have now. In the first two games how often have we tried going long to Wes, CC, and Booker?.....not often enough. I know DC doesn't always have the time to go deep, but with Linehan we opened things up. The sad part is our defense is playing pretty well, and our offense just is not getting it done. I think we are just an average 8-8 team right now. :(

I hate Mularkey...

What has he done that is so bad? i just dont see the team executing well enough to lump blame on Mularky. At the end of the day the players make every coach look good.

He does not call enough running plays to balance the attack. He called 18 in the Steelers game and 20 in the Bills game. We need to have a minimum of 25 running attempts to win.

MM did okay to run the ball in the first PERIOD and 2nd PERIOD. Like I stated seevral times, he is awful at making half time adjustments in the 3rd PERIOD and 4th PERIOD , PERIOD.

If he can't make 2nd half adjustments against the titans , he may drive Saban into a COMMA.

This is simply not true. The fact is there were many open receivers running around all day. DC had a bad day. It's not the OC's fault that DC threw a bad pass to a wide open Chambers; nor that DC tucked the ball under too soon to try and run (getting sacked) in the 4th Q and missed a wide open WR running across the field; nor that DC through a horrible pass into triple coverage in the red zone when we needed at least a 3; nor that we started out with a nice looking drive until DC drops the ball behind his back.

There's some truth to that but you can also say that good coaches will coach and playcall to our strengths and the opponents weaknesses to make the players appear even better.

It's just 2 games but we were never behind by many points yet managed to run about 1/3 of the time. What the hell. We have ronnie freakin brown. We need to have 20-30 runs a game, ahead or behind and we will never win without a 50/50 game plan.

He just seems to be stubborn in his playcalling and predictable. If you go back to last years complaints by Bills Fans and the comments by players and fans this year; it seems he is VERY predictable.

did anybody watch the steeler game, mularkey called a great game pep was fast and dishing the ball out to everybody.

You guys the players should take the blame for this loss, they played with noheart,no hunger and admitted to not having any energy.

Mularkey had no chance with that type of demeanor,
ya'll are just looking for somebody to blame, just try to use some common sense.

I'm with you Nasty. the guy is a joke / circus act. The bills had a terrible season beacuse he was at the helm. And our offense will continue to stop doing good things that are working and revert to gadet or bad pass plays because of his incompetance.

I'm not sure I agree. Cpep was on fire initially but we never truly pushed the run which allowed them to play all pass. Eventually there will be a mistake in the passing game. Especially with the steelers secondary and LB's. We needed to be dedicated to the run and we never were.

I think there was exceptional execution but still poor playcalling.

I can understand where you're coming from. Ronnie is strong right now and I'd easily give him 25+ carries. I was just thinking.. it would be awesome to throw a bomb the very first play of the game this week against Tennessee. Just air it out. I bet we could catch em off guard.

Saban = ,? :wink:

Situation dictated the playcalling in the second half. Don't just look at the stat sheet, go look at the play by play. Could have been more runs but it wasn't all Mularkey's fault.
