Offensive/Defensive recipe for success

Starks because our O-line sucks, and Samuel because our Secondary needs help. Our O-line looked good in the beginning only because Ronnie was playing like he was possessed. After Ronnie left, all of the sudden we realized how truly poor the Dolphins team really is. I thought our Offense was Ok until we lost Brown, then is was all down hill. Starks would give youth and big talent to the line that this team needs for the future. Samuel would give us the playmaking ability in the secondary that Miami as been very sorrowful in. Our only hope for Points in the Defense came from the Defensive end position (JT). We need someone off the line that can run back some interceptions or in that case get an interception. Those would be my two choices if two is all I had.

On offense, i really dont know. There are a number of guys they could go with that i would be more than happy to have playing in Miami, filling the many holes we have. Whether it's a WR like Randy Moss, Donte Stallworth or Bernard Berrian. Or an offensive lineman such as Max Starks or Alan Faneca. Or a TE, this team needs a TE, Dallas Clark may be out of Indianapolis (but i doubt it). So there are several roads to take there.

On defense they need someone to sure up the secondary, and i would have to agree that Asante Samuel is the answer there. Not only are you stealing a play maker from your chief rival in the AFC East, but your bringing in a guy who is so much better and so much more reliable at the CB position that now you could almost call your CB's a "strength", and to go from a key weakness to a key strength is a heck of an accomplishment.

troupe on O - young and cheap and will be great if used even close to correctly. we need a TE bad. berrian is a close second.

trufant on D - young and can play and boy do we need a cornerback. hamlin close second, but safety isn't as much a concern as corner.

also want allen or smith (DE's), but figure we would address that in draft.

I can live with Jason Allen getting another year here at Safety. But Safety certainly is a need in my opinion. We were decimated by injury their last year so we at least need to bring in guys for depth, but when you have receivers in the AFC east running around like the Patriots have and then Lee Evans who always kills us with the Bills and even Coles and Cotchery with the Jets, you need all the help you can get at safety. We need a play maker back there. Hamlin i'd be fine with.

If this is a wish list the I would take DT Haynesworth and OG Alan Faneca. Anybody who doubts how dominant Haynesworth can be when his head is in the game just needs to look at the Titans defensive stats when he was in and when he was out. Faneca to me would instantly add a level of nastiness and talent to the offensive line

Flozell Adams on O. Him and Vernon is owange, and it helps our line significantly, but it seems as though the Boys will franchise him.

Ken "The Hammer" Hamlin on D. Him and Bell would be one of the most hardest hitting Saftey duo in the NFL for a long time. And this maybe possible, because if Flozell is franchised, Hamlin will test the market. Either way, I think Hamlin goes out and tests the market.

Suggs is likely to be franchised though...

Berrian and Asomugha. It would still give us something on either side of the ball, but also let us concentrate on the DL and OL with our first three picks. Then pick up a TE like Rucker with our third rounder
