*** OFFICIAL DOLPHINS @ JAGUARS GAME THREAD *** Week 8

ugliest win I've seen for a team that won by two scores... Just bizarre.

But it's officially a WINNING STREAK!

Fins Up!

Any time a negative opinion on Tanny is posted, there is 10 thumbs downs, and people go nuts.

The reason why Tanny is just an average QB:

1) He can't lead his receivers. He's very inaccurate. Yes, the WR's can still make a play, but he doesn't give them an opportunity to get YAC enough.
2) He underthrows receivers on the deep ball far too often.
3) He has 0 pocket presence. Yes, many times the pressure is too fast to make a decision, but when he's sitting back for too long he will still just sit there, and eventually take the sack.
4) He basically chooses his receiver before the play develops. He tracks his man, and doesn't move to his next option if they are covered.

Wth kinda post is this? Are we rooting for the Miami Tannehills or the Miami Dolphins. All you do is bash him every game.

That was the most preposterous combination of drivel I have ever read

I'm critical of tannehill but I just can't see how the offense being inept was at all on him. It was scheme and good d by the jags. He took care of the football until that pick which I still think was a bad play call. I think we play much better next week.

0 pocket presence? Ive seen him moving around the pocket much better lately...stepping up and making a play, he did it today on the pass to sims. And he does go thru his progressions...it just seems like he doesnt because theres constant inside rushers making their way thru the line and he has to get the ball out to the first guy.

Great now instead of enjoying a win we'll have to endure thread after thread of Tannehill bashing. ****ing great!

No, he's paid to be a QB. Anyone can go in and run plays someone else sends them. I'm talking about in a whole, not just this game. Strugis has been slammed most of the season, but it's not ok to slam Tanny on this forum. It's embarrassing.

You can slam him when it is necessary. Not much today was on him. No reason to be slammed. A few balls in poor spots, but still catchable. The guy had no chance in the first half and was probable still a bit rattled to start the 3rd quarter. The interception should not have been thrown.

My post was a generalization, I didn't point out anything in today's game except the throw to Hartline that was in the ground. Tannehill didn't win us this game on the offensive side. Like many other games, the D won us this game.

I didn't slam him today. Perhaps you should go back and read what my post was about.

HOW MANY DEEP BALLS WAS THROWN TODAY ? 2 IS WHAT I RECALL , he hit one and missed one , and as for him taking a sack , the jags defence esp the guy rushing in front of college , he was coming at Tannehill on a jail break Marino or Manning wouldnt be able to do anything with a free runner coming at you like that , and as for as for looking to 2nd option on the pass to Sims Tannehill looked left stepped up into the pocket and hit Sims to the right about 30 -40 yards down the field , i dont know if we was watching the same game you was bro .
