Is it officially impossible now to make the playoffs even if we go 10-6

Sparano has to go. Buck stops with him. There are too many issues with team execution. Particularly on offense and ST's. The team lacks self discipline. These are all issues that a HC has to address and correct.
While the talent on the team has improved from Sparano yr 1, the overall team efficiency has declined.

You know what I had this feeling last year but I wasnt around here then and I wanted to give Sparano one more year .. MY official thoughts.

Fire Henning the special teams coach , the secondary coach and hire Randy Shannon for one posistion fire Sparano. he is only after the record number of field goals a team can kick.
