Official NFL Cuts thread

Some people fascinate me. Can't ever forgive and judge others very harshly.but back to football matters. I don't think Talib would be good for us

While I don't want to get into the whole thing either but changed or not he took the lives of 2 people who have families. I bet those families will never forgive Ray Lewis and will never get their loved ones back. The guy didn't get a dwi or forget to pay taxes, he murdered someone and that doesn't ever have to be forgiven

Am I forgetting something? I thought Lewis was accused of not assisting with the investigation, not of actually committing the murders? I know there was talk of him and his buddies being involved, but was it ever said what role each played and that Lewis actually commited the murders?

I liked Eric Rowe a lot but you have to make sure he's alright in this system. Some folks were a little confused on whether he should be a corner or safety.

The guy I was really hoping the Cowboys were stupid enough to cut is CB Deji Olatoye. But I don't think they're dumb enough.

I was hoping they would cut QB Prescott.
He was very impressive against us in Dallas,.

I'm not in favor of going after Talib, but that strikes me as THE Tannenbaum move right now.

It does. Doesn't it? :D

I just went through the wavier and the following names caught my eye. 1) Moeaki (TE Bears). I sure he played with KC back in the day 2) Skov (ILB played at Stanford) released by the Niners & 3) Keenan Reynolds by Baltimore. He played QB at Navy but struck me as a RB at the pro level. Make him the 4th RB & primary return specialist.

Backing up another rookie. The NFL just doesn't respect Sanchez's talents.

Yet, Tebow is still out there.

If the Braves sign St Timothy; I'm looking for a new favorite MLB team.

Skov is better than hull

Agree. There is no comparison.

I hope that was his try at sarcasm. You don't cut a 1st day QB draft pick. Hes the starter right now too

Prescott was the QB I targeted for Miami. I didn't expect him to be so good so soon, and he'll have his growing pains, but his touch, physicality, instincts, and leadership were way underrated heading into the draft.

No way! Dude is slow as ****. You can maybe hide that type of limited athlete in a 3-4, but he has no place in a 4-3. And, even in a 3-4, I don't see why you'd ever consider such a limited athlete.

Yup. Skov got lucky with Willis and borland retiring and still couldn't crack the lineup. Not gonna happen for him.

Tough kid, lot of heart, not an NFL athlete. After the 2017 off season/preseason, I think he's out of the league - some quality LB's entering the league next year.

Yes there are. And about time too. There's been some suspect LB classes for what seems like years now. Tons of talent the next few drafts.

Shamiel Gary showed some good things, kind of surprised he got cut, honestly.

Problem with Gary is his age...he is 26 already. If he was a younger guy...he might have had a better chance. When I saw that in the game last night...I figured it might be over for him...can't "develop" 26 year-olds...
