I love your draft picks especially Paul-Pierre but lets be honest here. I doubt we trade for boldin and i doubt Kindle and Paul Pierre last that long for us to take them. When you think of Boldin as a player today with his injuries I think of David Boston and we've already did that deal so let it be a lesson. I have no problems trading our draft pick but not for boldin and only if Mcclain or Dez Bryant are off the board.

I like it for the most part, but we need a dynamic WR. Boldin is only good for 8 games a year, and hurt the other 8. Next Why in the hell would AZ give us there first, second, and Boldin just to jump 14 spots? Followed by not drafting a RB in your mock? Ronnie is always hurt and Ricky's legs are wearing down.

Mayock has Pierre-Paul rated as his top DE prospect. If we want him, we'll likely have to draft him at 12. He might not be available when we draft there.

Interesting picks, though.

That would be an awesome offseason I really like the Taylor price and Nate Allen picks I would be very happy with that offseason im not a big fan of kindle in the first round but if we got him in the second i think that would be pretty good value i would also like to see us cut Ayodele and sign Karlos Dansby he isn't going to be back with the cards next year and i would love to see him here he is a better cover LB then Micah Johnson, Channing Crowder and Akin Ayodele. also where do you have Taylor Price on your Depth chart because IMO if he hits the market and we try and but him on our practice squad he is going to get picked up quick from what i saw of him at the senior bowl in todays practice he should some really good hands

He would have to battle with Ginn and Turner, if he can assume return responsibilities then he ends up on the 45 roster if not then he has to go down to the pratice squad. We can easily pay him league minimum instead of practice squad money and ask him not to sign elsewhere for the year. It's been done before to secure a player on faith because PS players only make $5200 a week (= $88400) compared to league minimum $295000.

I definitely like the idea of getting the #1 WR we need in Boldin while still retaining a first round pick and adding a second.

Damn the practice squad is the place to be, where else u gonna make $88400 your first year OUT of college (legally of course :ponder:)

The AZ trade wouldn't work. The Cards do not need Bell, they have Adrian Wilson. I do like your draft choices though. I like the Taylor Price pick; he is one of my 6th round picks in my mock too.

i like your other scenarios much better to be honest. i like the anquan thing but have no desire to part with bell or cam - i can't stand wilson and hope his bags are packed before the season begins.

i also don't necessarily like either of the first 2 picks in the draft - pierre paul is a huge question mark for a first rounder - i like sure things in round 1 - and kindle isn't much better. both guys will be projects IMO - and i don't know if we have the luxury of waiting. maybe it's just me - but i hate the crop of potential 3-4 OLB's this year - and i'd hate to use our first 2 picks on those guys. the only 2 i have any confidence in are hughes - who will probably be there late in the first - and norwood - who will go in the late second/early third. i do like JT and wake starting though - and if pierre paul and kindle are ready the following year - extremely well done.

love the rest of the draft though.

If we do go OLB in RD 1, though, Pierre-Paul is the only athlete I can justify with the 12th pick. He's the only guy I look at and say: He could end up being the next D. Ware.

there are 2 main things that worry me about pierre paul. one is this was his first year doing anything - the guy quite literally came out of nowhere. i would've like to watch him play for another year before i used a first round pick on him. two is that he benefitted very much by selvie constantly being double teamed all year.

his stature and athleticism are extremely intriguing though.

He's definitely in the high-risk, high-reward mold. Unlike Kindle, though, he explodes off the ball. He has that C. Wake-type first step. And, he's big enough to play SSOLB. I'd rather have E. Thomas with the 12 pick.

pierre paul and kindle are both high risk, high reward guys. if we draft them and they both pan out then it's all milhouse - but if not ... ouch. missing on your first 2 picks never turns out well.

i can't tell you how much i want earl thomas. almost more than i'd take eric berry - whose ball skills don't touch thomas'. i still think there's a chance of thomas falling some. berry will obviously go first - and mays will wow at the combine and someone will end up getting drunk and taking the fat girl home (i make fun but mays will end up being a very good SS - but it might take some time for a team to wise up and put him at the right position) - so that makes 3 safeties going in the first round. how often do 3 safeties go in the first round? like never. safety is the least prioritized position on D and if thomas does go in the first it won't be until the bottom half - so if we do drop back i think he'd still be there and that would absolutely be my choice.

Picking up an extra pick and E. Thomas would be a dream scenario. Since the Nolan hire, Thomas makes even more sense, and I don't know that I'd risk trading back too far. I really think he can be the next E. Reed. Most mocks have him going somewhere between 14 and 20. If we're only trading back two or three spots, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, I like Thomas enough to draft him at 12.
