I would love to see what the kid Jaylen Twyman, who is currently on our practice squad, can do. He has a crazy story, but the talent, and freakish athleticism is definitely there.

Depth matters. Presumptuousness precedes catastrophe, and is the bane of fools.

Sure it matters, but you can't keep 6 back ups at every position. The bottom of every roster churns as injuries arise. The difference between a guy on a practice squad and the next 30 guys available at that position usually isn't much.
