After fleeing from the worst hurricane in history that has absolutely ravaged my home town, I am finally able to get back to a computer.

I would really appreciate if you guys would fill me in on some tidbits that I've missed the last several days.

...I saw we cut Ed Perry. :confused: Why??? Who's our long snapper???


Anything that has happened or been talked about the last 4 days that I missed, it would be awesome if you could fill me in.

AJ is back to spitting snaps with Gus on the first team.. OL will remain the same from last week...Denny, undrafted rookie is now the LS.

Edit: BTW, welcome back and glad to see you safe, sorry about the lost and the misery of the Hurricane.

By the way, very sorry about the tragedy in New Orleans and that area, me and mine will hope and pray for the best for all of the victims.

I am just very greatful that we have another place to go. Thanks for the caring guys.


...PS: This Denney kid who is now our long snapper, is he making the team??? I mean, long snapper is very underrated. Remember in 2003 when Perry went down?

Saban said they were surprized and very happy with Dennys long snapping and his abilities to block in the middle

Saban said he went with Denney because he is equal to Perry and in a sitiuation like that, you have to go with the younger guy.

Is your house repairable or do you have to get a new one?
