I loved ya when you coached my rockets here in toledo,even when you deserted us for the greener pastures,But this isnt toledo and it aint LSU either.You are the head coach of a proud NFL franchise that has seen some hard times.You are NOT expected to win the superbowl your first year,BUT we had hoped your discipline would stop alot of sloppy play,that hasnt happened alot.You are NOT expected to make this team an offensive jaugernaut, BUT we had hoped you could see what the fans themselves are seeing,an underused running game, too many gimmick plays,and of course the fact that maybe just MAYBE,we might want to think about getting our young qb's a few reps before the season is 3/4 overwith,To finish Nick, your a great guy but a little tight in the arse right now ..let it All hang out!Stop trying to controll the FANS! Control what we brought you here to handle,the TEAM. You do this and we will take care of the rest...we supported this team long before you got here(well at least alot of us did!)and I am sure the fans know their place,now show us the that you are not another pretender.

Why do fans do this? Why do you call out Nick as if he's your long time best friend, and you feel he needs a sitdown to talk about all the things that have occured since the start of the season? I'm sorry for pointing this out to you, because this is not the only post I've seen like this. I guess I just don't understand why fans feel the need to do this. I highly doubt Nick will be reading anything on this board anytime soon.

Huh??

Why is there a need to understand. It is just a writing style. Damn man. Lets act like this is a forum and people have different ways to express themselves!
 
I cannot think of one rookie coach or even one veteran coach who replaced a huge majority of the coaching staff AND half of the team make his team a contender his first year coaching. It is like in the Matrix when the chosen one still fell during the building jump. Nick Saban could become one of the best coaches of all time, however they fail during the first jump.

You know what....your absolutely right. And I actually take back what I said, obviously I should have realized someone would comment back as you have.

BTW, if thats his "writing Style", maybe part of mine is to doubt that any coach or player will read this stuff, and posts like badfoots are like talking to a wall. Not criticizing him, just having a different perspective on how I "act like this is a forum".

OK this is all good but one thing bugs me. MOST fans wanted us to air it out more not become a running team. Right now it makes sense to run, but that is not what we all wanted to see in the off season. We wanted to get back to a little Air Marino and take advantage of our supposed receiver weapons. We did not want a boring T.O.P. running game, we wanted to go for the throat. We were sick of Wanny ball, remember
 
i hate alot of the phin fans on this site, unrealistic and whiney....like they know any damn better than the f'in coaches, gimme a break

i guess a message board is made for people to express their displeasure/interests/pleasures or w/e but damn i cant partake in the bashing of saban and gus so soon.

I wish the fans could just support the team through thick and thin....saban wants this team to win just as much if not more than any fan in existence, in fact he is the biggest fan hehe.....its sad cuz the same people that blab on about being hardcore fans and dissing miami and the fair weather fans are the ones on here not supporting the team regardless of what they do....

just freakin support the team....god

I agree. I can't partake in the bashing of Saban either. As far as the Gus bashing goes........by all means bash away. :evil:
