I don't really watch college football much (if at all). A friend and I were talking football today, and after mentioning that the Colts flat out suck and may get that first pick he told me he likes some some QB named Robert Griffin III. What do you all think about that guy? Let's (for the sake of this thread, anyway) assume Luck falls into the Colts' lap and we pick second. Who do you go for and why? Please, no SFL or Non-SFL arguments here, as this is not the purpose of this thread. Who do you pick up and why? And if someone could give me some insight into this Griffin guy......

Agreed, although I think I like Weeden better than Jones.

I don't like Weeden better than Jones. When you look at them from a scouting standpoint, Brandon Weeden is damn good...

But when you consider all things, Brandon Weeden drops below Robert Griffin III.

I think he might go somewhere in the 10-20 range but I think whoever grabs him is going to be very happy they did. Really bright kid, freakish athlete.. I just have a feeling about him.. I think CK's gonna end up being wrong about him.

I'd rather have great QB play for the 7 years or so Weeden would probably provide than have not so good QB play for 13 years or whatever I think Landry Jones would provide.
