OL Coach likely hired

Literally anyone else would be better than whatever the **** was going on the last two seasons.

He's got a huge job to trying to salvage five offensive linemen that won't get Tua killed. Course-correcting the horrible starts of Austin Jackson and Liam Eichenberg should be the priority (along with finding the right spots for Robert Hunt, Solomon Kindley and Michael Dieter, all linemen drafted within the first 4 rounds).

I wish him luck - he'll need it.

Not sure about him because he has never been an OL coach at the NFL level. Yet he certainly can’t be any worse than what they have had as the OL coach under Flores. If he does take the job, I hope he realizes how much work it’s going to take to turn the Dolphins OL into an average OL, much less a solid OL.

We are keeping a lot of the same coaches and hiring guys who are 1st time NFL coaches. It's basically all the complaints of Flo's coaching staff. History repeating itself.

Your thoughts?

Boston College jas had a good OL under him for the 2 years he's been there. Young coach, mostly at smaller schools like Towson and Davidson so not a lot to go off of but he did get his start at Washington under Jim Zorn and was retained under Mike Shanahan and did have a stint with the Jaguars.
