Hutchinson got an offer from the Vikes, 7 years/49 million. With I beleive 13 million counting against the cap this year in salary & bonus guarantees in the hope Seattle can't fit contract under salary cap.

I'd like this b/c our FO is missing out on EVERY FA we bring in to the team they go visit next which is usually Tennessee. I'm sick of it. We out of a 2nd round pick so we need to sign a young replacement to take the place of that 2nd rounder and we are not doing that.

No O-lineman are worth that much money. The Pats have won 3 of 4 SB's with decent (not dominant) lineman and ditto the Steelers. I don't need to see a lineman pancake his opponent, he just needs to move him out of the way or get him out of position. He also needs to win more battles than he loses. The O-line also needs to play as a unit, so one truly dominant player isn't going to make that much of a difference.
It is insanity to pay that kind of money to an O- lineman.
