I actually had to look up the phrase “like rats deserting a sinking ship” Tuesday morning. I have heard it used so often, but never understood its origins. How do rats know a ship is sinking? Where do they go once they abandon the boat? Can rats swim? -Omar

I thought the team quit on McDaniel in New York against the Jets. I couldn’t believe Stephen Ross was stupid enough to bring him back but then again Ross appears to be a complete moron who doesn’t know whether the ball is blown up or stuffed with feathers.

I would say more like 5-12. They have a tough schedule on paper as well.

What a waste of a season. Instead of looking forward to major changes with a new regime with a new outlook, we have a season of status Que, going nowhere.
If a deal presents itself that is beneficial to the team, do it, if not, let the rat stay where he is.
Mcdummy has completely ****ed this team. I said in the beginning of his tenure, you can't lead a team of grown men killers with that kind of leadership style. It doesn't work.
