I guess Omar doesn't think Pouncey starts the season on PUP.

After final cuts, I could see Miami make a move for a backup swing tackle and a corner. Unless Mike Fox and Jahlil Brown turn it around. For the first 4 games, Jones and Jordan don't count. Longer term, I'd question Thiggy and Don Jones. But Omar is pretty close IMO. Hard to nitpick much.

Jones just moved up to backup safety

I would rattle the tree and cut Phillip Wheeler..

No savings if we cut him this year...same weather he's on the roster or off it. I would relegate him to special teams...but then he might miss a tackle and give up a 100 yard return.

Getting to the point where I'm thinking there's more upside with Brett Brackett over Egnew :idk:

I guess Binns, Gillislee, Hoskins, and Cone don't make the cut, to name a few.

No fan of omar, but I agree with most of this.

Egnew is obviously the one guy I could see getting cut. He needs to show up big in the next pre season game IMO.

thigpen probably will be gone. after that it'll be tough. maybe one of the defensive lineman or safties.

I'm a little uneasy with just 4 CBs after what happened last year. I know Jimmy can play the slot in the nickel and so can Michael Thomas in a pinch but if we lose Finnegan we're going to be mighty thin.

yeah, i have walt aikens and jalil brown at cb as well.

Egnew must be showing some stuff in practice because he keeps making the list for the people actually watching him day in day out.
