last night i was watching the jets play and i realized that they will not win another game and they will have the #1 pick in this years draft :mad:
if you think i am wrong look at the schedules of the bad teams.

jets:@ne,vs.oak,@mia,vs.ne,vs.buff- the only shot they have to win is maybe the last game agianst buffalo

texans:vs.,@balt,@tenn,vs.arizona,vs.jville@sf- 4 of these games are winnable games.

the 49ers are our only hope but the jets will still get reggie bush :mad:
i will be cheering for the jets the rest of the year.
 
The Jets are currently like $30 Million over the cap. They might have to trade down if they can't get that sorted out. Curtis Martin is due a $6 million dollar roster bonus for next season as well. So who knows what they are going to do.
 
The Texans will not win another game this season. They were lit up by Fitzpatrick.

They may have more need at Qb, but this Bush kid looks just awesome. You can't pass on a player of his abilities.

whens the last time somebody couldn't sign the #1 pick due to cap issues?
 
Texans will get Bush.
Green Bay
San Fran
New Orleans
Baltimore

also in the hunt to win no more games.

Who cares, don't worry about the Jets. Worry about the Bills, then the Pats.

Fitzpatrick is going to be a dang good QB...and the Texans are not playing even close to as pitiful as they were when they were losing over the first half of the season.

I hope the Jets get a few surprise wins against New England. But if they don't, I hope they take Reggie Bush and not Matt Leinart. IMO, the odds of Reggie Bush becoming the next Tim Biakabatuka instead of the next Barry Sanders are greater than the odds of Matt Leinart becoming the next Heath Shuler instead of the next Steve Young.
 
Why don't we just worry about our own franchise? Who cares who gets what as long as we draft solid and get good FA's?!?

No the Texans are finding new pitiful ways of losing. They still do not have a defense. They still have a very erratic offense. They are a horrible team.

Good point! But wouldn't it be sad if they couldn't afford the top 5 pick? (Sarcasm all over that)

They could possibly trade down in order to save some money and try and get someone like lets say Vince Young if he declares.

They'll figure it out....to take Leinart or Bush....they'll find a way.
