Quickly turn to NFL Network if you have it... they are going to break down the AFC East RBs...

I will give a summary for those that dont have the channel...

They showed a couple of different views of the run Ronnie had against the Chiefs.

Vilma was the one that broke them down. He said that run only showed a flash of what he is capeable of... and as they showed the run again, he said that he will be making runs like that for years to come.

He said that he is really hard to bring down, and that you cant just get him down by putting your shoulder into him. You really have to wrap up, which is hard to do on a big back like Ronnie...

The Leading tackler said Ronnie is hard to tackle....even though Zach would have been the leading tackler without Injury Vilma is still up there with the best

Thanks for the info!!!!

Thanks finnasty! Nice to hear the respect Ronnie has, especially from a backer as good as Vilma. Man, I think Ronnie is going to bust out this year, especially catching balls out of the backfield. It seemed like Ferotte wasn't always accurate enough to hit the backs in stride, but I think Culpepper is pretty good in that aspect of the passing game. Perhaps it is just that Pep looks off the coverage better, enabling the backs to have more room to wiggle once he hits them.

Ronnie has all the tools, the only question about him is can he carry the load for an entire season? I think he can but he has to prove it.

thats definitely a question since he missed two games last year and split time with Ricky plus his whole college career he split time with Cadillac. but I too think he can and will carry the load

No, Shaun Alexander is on this years cover.
