I can barely believe this stat. A lot of the credit has to go to Pennington who hasn't thrown that many touchdowns, but barely ever throws picks, and also credit must go to Ronnie and the receivers/tight ends who just plain have NOT fumbled much all year long.
Ricky has fumbled the ball a few times, but he has done that his entire career.... He has fumbled 4 times this season... and 40 TIMES(!!!!) over his career. He is an amazing runner for sure, straight up GIFTED vision, above average strength and above average speed, but he's not great at securing the football.:err:
Ronnie on the other hand has only fumbled once this year and only 9 times in 4 years. Our receivers have been great this year at holding onto the ball as well, I've seen Ginn and especially Camarillo take some SHOTS and still hold onto the ball, Camarillo was freaking TOUGH as nails and I really hope he comes back strong next season. Fasano and Bess seem very reliable with the ball in their hands as well.
We are on pace to break the all time record for least turnovers in a season, an amazing stat that has definitely helped us get our 9-5 record.
I honestly think Ronnie Brown would be the #1 back on about 25 out of the 32 teams in the league. The guy is an absolute beast who is averaging 4.4 yards per carry over his CAREER!!!! He's also up to 26 total touchdowns over LESS than 4 years. (missed a lot of games from injury)
GO FINS!!!! RONNIE "TOUCHDOWN" BROWN AND RICKY "THE DREADLOCK DEMON" WILLIAMS ARE GONNA TORCH THE CHIEFS THIS WEEK!!!!
