It's all hype everyone needs to just admit it, not gunna happen stop dreaming and get over it!
 
dude theres a million posts/threads on this. no need to start a new thread. i agree i dont think that its going to happen due to the simple fact that parcells didnt want TO. he doesnt like guys who start drama and cause problems. but its hard not to get excited when a player like chad openly campaigns to join the Dolphins.
 
I agree, it would be nice but I don't have much hope. The only chance we got is for him to make a total *** of him self. The problem with that is do we want a total *** we would get? LOL all depends on cincy.
 
I just dont see the fins trading for any players unless its part of compensation for the #1 pick which I dont think Cincy is willing to put a big enough package together that Miami would accept
 
i dont want him period. if he was 5 years younger then i would jump on this ridiculous bandwagon. but hes not. let it die.

So you would take CJ as a 25yr old who hadn't proved anything up to that point as opposed to the WR he is now with 8365 career rec yards and 49 TDs?

You show me a SINGLE wr in the draft that has the kind of track record CJ does....


I'll save you the time: There are none. So why again is CJ not worth a mid round pick???
 
While my optimism is tempered, there's nothing that says for certain that we will or won't employ his services until what's done is done. There are much more constructive ways to express that the possibility is slim without saying it's just a dream.
 
Turthfully Id rather have Roy williams or Larry Fitz. They are both much younger and in that sense have more upside to me... CJ is already starting with the surgery bug

Really? How do you explain Meyshawn then? He started problems. Chad Johnson is no where near the headcase that Key was.
 
No need to get in an uproar DubV...this time of year there will be at least 1000 or so more rumors about this player and that player and what trade should and should not be made...don't worry...in about 90 days or so, we'll all know which were rumors and which weren't...

BTW, Dubv...if you make your post a little less "holier than thou", you'll get better responses and fewer nasty remarks...

If you don't feel we'll try to trade for CJ, fine but come up with some valid reasons why you don't think it'll happen...stating the obvious is not really a valid reason tho since many folks here don't believe in the obvious...
