I really hope that he'll make a step forward in 2017 going into the season healthy.

Having a training camp and being able to put in off-season work like this could be invaluable.
 
I wasn't happy at the time because I wanted Derrick Henry, but this guy is looking like a great draft pick. Quality outside corners are damn hard to find in this league, especially when you aren't overpaying in FA. I wonder if Howard could play slot in a pinch, to me that's one of our biggest weaknesses right now and a big reason I want Jabril Peppers.

He may be one of the 5 or 6 most important players on our roster. He's the prototype for what a CB should look like. They thought enough of him to move up to 38 to select him which tells you he likely had a first round grade.

He has a high ceiling, he needs to stay healthy obviously.

I like the combination of Howard and Lippett on the boundary. I'd love to add Desmond King in the third round, to patrol the slot.
 
So does he start over Tony Lippett this year? I dont see how Maxwell, Lippett or Howard could play the slot
