Now that the Houston game is over what do you guys think our chances are next week at NE?

I have a better chance of marrying Pam Beesley than the Dolphins have of winning against the Patriots.

I don't give us a prayer personally.

I hope things can change drastically considering I'm going to be there getting heckled on a constant basis if we look the same.

When we purchased these tix I tought this would be one of the biggest games of the year at this point.

How funny is that now?

Anyone else attending this game?

I still hold out hope. We also had no chance to beat the Pats in 2004 and look what happened.

In the NFL there is never a given, hey it was a given that we were going to be right up there in the playoff hunt and look what happened so far.

I KNOW we have a chance to win this game, if we do we are right back in the thick of things. I will be sitting there rooting for my phins like I always do and the irrational doom and gloom fans on here will not persuade me that this season is done.

If we win the next 2 games we are right back in it. If we lose the next 2 games we can kiss the season goodbye. Either way, every game I will be there cheering them on.

I will probably get heckled for saying this but I think the Fins will WIN against the Pats and them winning yesterday was better for us because you know they were not going lose 3 straight.

WE seem to play within the realm of the competition...be it houston or New England...either just squeak out a win, or loose in the last few minutes of the game... Plus we seem to play the Pats rather well....I see the team showing up for next weeks game.

Nothing doom and gloom about it.
The problems are much deeper than we were hoping they would be bottom line.

I'll still be cheering them as well but I'm not kidding myself about what this team is and isn't right now.

eh, i would say 50%
Any given sunday, and given team can win, and this team can turn around.
We have the personel to turn around and win, I believe that saban and crew got a real reality check yesterday. We have a lot of work to do, but it can be done, and divisional rivalry games are rarely blowouts. I say we stay in this one, do i pick us to win? eh. I still go with 50% though.

I don't give them any chance. Even after the way they've played so far, these guys are still talking about the press. Their focus is just totally absent. If I was a pro football player I couldn't care less what the press would say...

All those beautiful predictions for the Dolphins this year completely ruined our season. Remember all those articles about how the Dolphins had already overtaken the Pats. (Even though we just BARE LY beat them last year playing against their 2nd and 3rd stringers)...:boohoo:

They always play the Pats tough mainly because Tom usually has a tough time against us.

There have been much bigger turn arounds in the NFL. Our MAIN problem is the O-line. I believe if that is fixed we are back to being a playoff calibur team (doesn't mean we wont be out of it by then).

The season as a success or failure is still in the hands of the dolphins and until it isnt anymore I wont say its done.

We can keep it close if we don't turn the ball over. I also think if we are struggling like we have been then at least put in Joey and give us a chance....screw any possible Quarterback controversy....I want this team to start winning and play with a little pride. Jason Taylor said the Dolphins were the worst team in the NFL...great attituide JT !!!!

Yep, my view exactly. And if we do lose the next 2 games, kissing the season good bye in the process, watching and cheering for a meaningless season will only make things better when it does turn around. I believe this franchise with saban will turn around and make a run, not this year, maybe not next, but it will happen. And sitting through these growing pain years will only make that sucessfull one that much better.
